Ken joined SERVCON in 2022 shortly after he'd earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Wingate University. With a foundation in customer service, he finds fulfillment in assisting others to the best of his ability. Beyond his professional endeavors, Ken cherishes moments spent with loved ones, relaxation, and delights in the immersive world of video games.
